Top Architectural Firms Unite at WORLBEX 2019
Now on its 24th year, the highly-anticipated Philippine World Building and Construction Expo is back to deliver another groundbreaking trade event that ambitiously aims to usher in “A World Built Bolder”. From turning the spotlight on the latest and most outstanding innovations from in and beyond the country all the way to serving as a platform of discovery and knowledge building, this year’s WORLDBEX is expected to host an impressive array of presentations that will certainly showcase the boldest and finest of Philippine construction and design.
Each year, the Architect’s Gallery gathers the industry’s most outstanding architectural firms to provide show visitors with a future-forward glimpse to the latest trends in construction and design. To be located at the 2nd floor of the SMX Convention Center Manila throughout the five-day run of WORLDBEX 2019, this year’s Architect’s Gallery upholds the theme for this year’s show by making a deliberate decision to feature firms that have impressed the local and international design community with architectural masterpieces that embody the future of construction.
Among the firms that will be participating at this year’s Architect’s Gallery include Asya Design, Carunungan and Partners Co., Primea Design Group, Jagnus Design Studio, WTA Architecture and Design Studio, Headroom CDV Co., Angeles Architectural Studio, GF and Partners, Edward Co Tan and Architects, PDP Architects, Jonathan Gan and Associates, Buensalido Architects, O’Yek Designs, Delab Collaborative Inc., and BAAD Studio Architects.
Apart from providing visitors with a unique opportunity to consult and establish connections with some of the country’s leading architectural practitioners, the Architect’s Gallery will also be returning with the much-awaited City of Tomorrow. A collaborative project between select veterans and up-and-comers in the architectural scene, it is an exhibit of a scale model metropolis envisioned as one of the possible variations of tomorrow’s urban landscape.
A beacon of optimism which represents the bright possibilities for the country’s topography, this year’s edition of the City of Tomorrow will be featuring the works of Primea Design Group, Jagnus Design Studio, WTA Architecture and Design Studio, Angeles Architectural Studio, Headroom CDV Co, PDP Architects, and Buensalido Architects.
Organized by Worldbex Services International, both features are just some among the compelling highlights that await at WORLDBEX 2019, which is happening on March 13 to 17, from 10:00am to 8:00pm at the World Trade Center Metro Manila and the SMX Convention Center in Pasay.
